Founders and owners of El Palenque are the Arias Brothers Jose & Joseph. Unfortunatley
there was a grave loss in 2010 when Joseph Arias former co-owner with brother Jose of the Broad Axe passed away.
El Palenque is still open and still serving up the goods of Salvadorian cuisine. The bar is also serving Tex-Mex and American cuisine as well.
We Also do catering for any event.
