The Frederick Indoor Sports Center (FISC), mid-Maryland's premier indoor sports facility, established in 2009. The Frederick Indoor Sports Center (FISC) is a completely renovated 65,000 sq ft indoor sports and training venue featuring two 30 yard x 60 yard state-of-the-art playing fields and 6,000 sq ft upper turf deck. Located in the heart of the facility is a performance training center, which includes two 30 x 60 professional turf fields. FISC is also the perfect place to host your next event with a full-service restaurant, Pork Is Good Stuff BBQ (P.I.G.S.).
