Frey’s Brewing Company is the first operational farmhouse brewery in Frederick County, Maryland. We actually brew beer and operate the brewery on the Libertytown Hops farm. Although we formed our company in January 2012, and have held our federal brewery license since July 2012, we officially opened as a state registered brewery on Feb 1st, 2013. We sell mostly kegged beer to local establishments (pubs, restaurants, etc.), but some of line-up can be found in bottles on your liquor store shelves. Growlers are also available at the brewery (during growler filling hours)!
