All orders must be confirmed by email or inboxed through KiAnna's Kreations, LLC.

Preferred methods of payment are PayPal or COD.

All local deliveries (DMV area) are fully decorated, delivery fees start at $10 depending on location.

All mailed items are sent in their original form: cakes and icing are wrapped in separately. Courtesy cake containers/plastic butter knife will be included in packages mailed to remote locations ie: Iraq and Afghanistan. Please inbox me for shipping fees as every location varies. All cakes will be shipped via FedEx(domestic) or USPS(APO). All packages are wrapped and sealed carefully to ensure moisture and freshness however, KiAnna's Kreations, LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged through the delivery process.

KiAnna's Kreations, LLC is not responsible for injuries to customers with food allergies. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about contents of the product they order.
